about
This song was originally released as part of a free sampler called "Seasons Greetings" we released over Christmas of '08. We've since retired the sampler, as a handful of songs are made available for free throughout our Bandcamp page. However, "Chenge" remains here (it's also free).

Track Name: Chenge
Don't waste my precious time, I'm counting it out
cause' it's fleeting at best
Don't think I've changed, I'm exactly the same
So you can fill in the rest

Our broken drums are pounding out the same broken beat
It's good to see you're still in time
I would have sacrificed so much just to hear that fleeting sound
Of us crashing back in to, but still I say

I do
I do

Step out of yourself and give it a try
And if you like what you feel
then don't be shy to say it
You know I'm out on a limb but I like the breeze
You're taking so long
I can see the change in the leaves

So hear me out and let me say, that you were the first and the last
Babe I'm tryin' to explain
That I'm still in love and
I'm not, I'm not going to change
